The platform does not guarantee audit passage, third-party assurance acceptance, legal sufficiency, or regulatory compliance outcomes. Customers remain responsible for professional and legal judgment.

4. Data integrity

NC ARK LLC guarantees the integrity of records inside the platform service boundary, including stored inputs, timestamps, evidence references, and deterministic output lineage.
